We arrange collection and delivery of passports and other documents, as applicable, by secure courier. Courier costs vary depending on the country of collection and delivery, urgency and insurance requirements.

Administrative expenses

Our service includes administering the application and fees vary depending on the city where the application is made, the complexity of the application and whether submission is physical or online. Our fee includes embassy visits by our staff, to submit and collect documents and to assist the applicant.

Meet and greet service

We offer an optional traveller meet and greet service to return passports at major airports and other locations worldwide. The cost of the service depends on the place and time of meeting.
