United Kingdom Qatar
Legalize UK university diplomas at the Qatari embassy in London. We also legalize UK birth and marriage certificate, certificates of incorporation.
University diplomas can be legalized from a scan only (no original required), but the embassy also requires submission of academic transcripts and a confirmation letter from the university (all 3 documents, diploma, transcripts and confirmation letter must be legalized separately by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office). The Embassy of the State of Qatar does not recognise any educational certificate or document obtained via distance learning or online learning (except post-graduate MSC and PhD degrees).
Commercial documents, including certificates of origin and invoices must be submitted through the Arab British Chamber of Commerce.

United States Qatar
Legalize US university degrees, birth and marriage certificate and incorporation documents from all States including New York, Nevada, California, Massachusetts and Illinois.
American university degrees can be attested at the Qatari Embassy in Washington DC. The original diploma is required, together with the original course transcripts and a verification letter from the university. These 3 documents need to certified in the state of issue by a notary public, authenticated at state level by the office of the Secretary of State, and then legalized by the US State Department for final submission to the embassy.

British Overseas Territories
Documents issued in the British Overseas Territories, including the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Gibraltar and Bermuda can be legalized at the Qatari embassy in London. Documents must first be legalized locally with an Apostille Stamp from the competent authority of each territory and then by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, before final submission to the UAE embassy in London.

India Qatar
Indian University degrees, birth and marriage certificates are legalized by the Embassy of Qatar in New Delhi. Documents are certified by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in Delhi and then by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs before submission to the embassy.
Indian University Degrees must be submitted together with the consolidated mark sheet and a Bona fide confirmation letter from the university. The degree certificate must be verified by the university and pre-certified by the State Human Resource Department (HRD). Then all 3 documents can be attested at the Ministry of External Affairs and Qatari Embassy. The Qatar Embassy does not legalize educational certificates from private universities in India.

Hong Kong documents can be legalized at the High Court and then at the Qatari consulate, including birth and marriage certificates, university degrees and Business Registration Certificates. German civil status certificates must be less than 3 months old.

Official diplomas (título oficial) are previously legalized by the Ministry of Education and Non-Official diplomas (título propio) by a notary (the university will normally have a designated notary) and by the Ministry of Justice, then legalized by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Embassy of Qatar.

To attest university degrees, the embassy also requires the course transcripts.
